Five Freebies for Back to School!

I'm almost ready! Our meetings start Monday, I meet my kids Tuesday night at our Open House, and Wednesday morning it all begins! Although I'm certainly sad to see the summer vacation come to a close, I just can't wait to meet the kiddos and get them started on their second grade year!

I thought I'd share some of the things that will help me through that first couple of weeks!
Five Freebies for Back to School - This includes brain breaks, Science, Social Studies, literacy, and math freebies for second grade.

This freebie is a great way to start the year in Science and Social Studies:

  1. Sally do you have move up day in June? On the last day of school I met my students for this year. Its not my favorite thing actually- I'd rather meet them now!

    1. The lists aren't final in June, so we don't have a move up day. Some years we have a day where first graders meet all the second grade teachers, but we didn't do that this year. We just got our lists a couple of weeks ago, and I've had a couple of changes since then!

  4. I look forward to your calendar every year. My kiddos just love it...especially when it involves treats that I supply for those days. I joke around telling them I may need to get a 2nd job just to supply them...lol...

So...thank you so very much for sharing your hard work!!
