If you've read my blog for a while, you know I'm a huge fan of musical theatre.
A long time ago (I estimate the late 80s) I was in the chorus in a community theatre production of Camelot. It's a great show, with great music, and I was lucky enough to be part of a truly fabulous cast.
There are certain songs that stick in your head when doing a show, and stay with you long after the show is over. That song comes into my head every year on May 1st.
Here's the queen of Camelot herself: Julie Andrews... enjoy!
I've been rather neglectful of my blogging, which is a little odd, since I've been on vacation and have had a little extra time!
I've been busy working on a few things:
I've finished my Cinco de Mayo No Prep Printables! It will be Cinco de Mayo on the Monday we get back from vacation, and this little set is going to make it a tad bit easier to go back after vacation, since we'll have something fun to do! (For more resources about Cinco de Mayo or Mexico in general, see THIS BLOG POST.)
Plus, Mother's Day is a week later, and I always do a very fun activity for the moms! Here's a freebie in case you're interested in having your students repot impatiens for their moms! Click the image or click HERE. For more info on how I do this project, see THIS BLOG POST:
What else has been keeping me busy during vacation? Well, I've been a little busy with this new baby:
Yes, that's a brand new iphone 5s! I've never had any kind of a smart phone before, and I'm totally overwhelmed, but I'm having fun learning it. Plus, I'm getting together tomorrow with my daughter to have her teach me how to use it! I can't wait!
